INVENTORY STAFF - EQUIPMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Inventory staff is the overall in charge of all equipment, vehicle and material asset under Livan Trade Corporation. He will oversee logistics, location and stock level to act as support to the operations and maintenance team of Equipment Division.

Essential Functions/Specific Duties

  1. Monitors and tracks equipment parts, small equipment, vehicles on a daily basis on all LTC warehouses.
  2. Provide daily workload, task and priorities via Viber and PIN daily targets for Inventory.
  3. Oversee and maintain the minimum stock level for fast moving items and parts.
  4. Send update on a weekly basis, minimum stock level requirement and request ahead of time needed parts.
  5. Prepare and review purchase orders for requested spare parts on repair and maintenance.
  6. Oversee all equipment and stocks firmly arranged and organized on JRUIZ premises
  7. Conducts asset review and create the monthly report on all inventory assets
  8. Supervise assigned warehouseman to ensure consistent organization of warehouse items.
  9. Conducts on-site data verification vs recorded items on Vehicle and parts 201 file.
  10. Work hand in hand with Equipment head in assuring all assets are strictly monitored and is not abused nor any act of pilferage.
  11. Prepares a bi-monthly report to be submitted to LTC President and Equipment head regarding the inventory of parts and quality status of accounted vehicles and small equipment.
  12. Conducts periodic audit on site.
  13. Other related tasks as may be assigned.

Required Education and Experience

College diploma in Engineering or three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or training or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferably with warehousing experience

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

OVERVIEW:

The Warehouse Supervisor is the overall in charge of all material asset under Livan Trade Corporation – Construction Division. He/she will oversee logistics, location and stock level to act as support to operations and maintenance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Monitor and perform Inventory analysis and management.
  2. Coordinate a cycle count program in perpetual inventory environment, generate and maintain inventory reports.
  3. Manage LTC materials warehouse and yards to ensure proper segregation, tagging and identification of parts for order picking.
  4. Respond to queries pertaining to the accuracy of reports from Project Managers and General Manager for Construction.
  5. Monitor material transfer from warehouse to projects sites. Ensure outgoing Materials are exact and documented prior issuance to projects.
  6. Facilitate and supervise proper storage of materials. Attend to all department request and ensure all LTC construction materials are accounted for.
  7. Analyze and estimate the stock level and material to anticipate needs.
  8. Periodic reports for the management meetings and audit.

OTHER FUNCTIONS/WORK

  1. Audit and recommend minimum stock level adjustment.
  2. Conduct periodic audit on warehouseman and helpers to ensure proper handling of construction materials and items.
  3. Is willing to do other tasks as may be assigned by the management.

COST ESTIMATOR

OVERVIEW:

Cost Estimator is responsible for supervisory, technical and administrative work involving Projects and controls construction costs by collecting and studying information; controlling construction costs. Prepare cost estimates for construction projects, or services to aid management in bidding on or determining the price of product or service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Works with surveyors/engineers to estimate the types and amounts of materials, equipment’s & manpower needed to complete the construction job.
  2. Prepares Quotation and monitor the status of prospect projects especially in both telecom and water projects
  3. Meet or contact clients to further discuss any specific concerns on the proposed quotation and negotiate to get the project.
  4. Prepare weekly project accomplishment and other necessary documentation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  5. Arrange and prepare Contract Agreement/PO; review and calculate accomplishment upon billing for a subcontractor.
  6. Discuss with engineers, Accounting Dept. and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
  7. Provide project budget and project name/tagging before the project start.
  8. Monitor the actual project expenses and see to it that it’s still within the budget allocation and profitable.
  9. Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information.
  10. Maintains and keep various file and documents with regards to the project.
  11. Performs site visit to conduct an inspection and validate concerns

 OTHER FUNCTIONS/WORK

  1. Assist Construction Manager in project requisitions with client both water and telecoms
  2. Assist Construction Manager in monitoring project movements (as per instruction only)
  3. Attend Bid event (in absence of Construction Manager both water and telecoms)
  4. Assist and attend as needed with Construction Manager in Commercial & Technical Presentation with Client

FUNCTIONS/WORK

  1. Source and administer in daily transactional tasks to ensure a positive, efficient, experience for prospective candidates
  2. Audits candidate files to ensure required records are completed and log in the appropriate user system.
  3. Manages confidential pre-employment activities to include application and interview form completion, background checks, security clearance validation, reference checks.
  4. Administer pre-screening of candidates and schedule for a structured interview with the hiring manager.
  5. Must know how to use sourcing sites and tools effective with the current trends.

SAFETY OFFICER

SAFETY OFFICER/HOUSEKEEPING


OVERVIEW:
The safety officer is in charge of inspecting site conditions to determine if hazards are present and to establish procedures and policies to overcome those hazardous situations. Lead in creation of Safety Management system to ensure safety policies are followed and enforced.

SCOPE:
-          LTC YARD
-          Other assignments as assigned

 

FUNCTIONS/WORK

  1. Implementing systems program for preventions and control on yard accidents.
  2. Perform guidance and orientation on safety guidelines focusing on specifications of equipment, paraphernalia, facilities and operation process. Tool box meeting for JRUIZ personnel every morning
  3. Assists in accident investigations to ascertain the causes and recommends preventative methods.
  4. Perform audit and housekeeping at JRUIZ to determine potential safety and hazards issues.
  5. May consult with supervisory personnel in assessing divisional safety and training needs. Plans, develops and evaluates safety and training programs in conjunction with departmental safety requirements.
  6. Inspect premises for fire hazard and check adequacy of fire protection and firefighting and preparedness.
  7. Investigates the root cause of accident for corrective actions
  8. Provide recommendation for work stoppage if found non-complaint to safety requirements
  9. Serves as Emergency response team operatives in times of emergency.
  10. Administers health and safety on place of work, project sites and LTC yards.
  11. Monitor and implement policies for company safety regulations
  12. Performs related work as assigned.

Coordinate right-of-way and utility issues for clients - generally related to construction projects prior to implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the successful negotiations with project thru securing mandated permits as needed prior implementation.
  2. Negotiate acquisition permits and needed rights to establish ROW requirements for both the transmission line and pipes.
  3. Provide inputs and recommendation to budget estimates based on validated surveys of potential projects and additional claims for securing sound billing packages.
  4. Assist the engineering team in surveying potential projects to ensure avoidance of laid utilities.
  5. Prepare and manage Letter of intent and other required documents for submission and approval.
  6. In charge of tracking LTC projects from declaring RTB (ready to build) until securing Post Construction Certificate for billing purposes as well.

OTHER FUNCTIONS/WORK

  1. Mainly field work due to securing permits through government bodies on projects assigned.
  2. In charge of facing all external facets and counterparts as position dictates.
  3. Attend Bid event as needed
  4. Assist and attend as needed with Construction Manager in Commercial & Technical Presentation with Client

  1. Marketing and negotiating skills is a must.
